1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Diagnomitra platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Services

Diagnomitra is an online platform that facilitates booking of diagnostic laboratory tests and health packages. We act as an intermediary between users and NABL-certified diagnostic laboratories.

• Browse and book diagnostic tests from multiple certified labs
• Home sample collection arrangement
• Digital report delivery
• Health package bookings

3. User Accounts

To book tests, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Bookings & Payments

All test bookings are subject to availability at the selected laboratory. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within the allowed window will receive a full refund processed within 5–7 business days.

• Cancellations ≥2 hours before appointment: 100% refund
• Cancellations <2 hours before appointment: No refund
• No-show: No refund
• Lab-initiated cancellations: Full refund within 3–5 business days

6. Limitation of Liability

Diagnomitra is a platform aggregator and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of diagnostic services provided by partner labs. We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on test reports.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this platform are the property of Diagnomitra or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
